ppfftt its not who can swim the fastest that matters.. its who can do the coolest looking belly flop. at pv camp last year we had a contest when we got to the pool. i think a kid did a backflip belly flop. his chest was red the whole day.. i think he jumped off of soem kids back too heh.. fun stuff

Just a question but dose this seam good for a junior in Hs looking to jump 5 meters?

If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

I think that all of these things are great but you can have a real high bench and squat and still be weak in the vault. You would be some much better off doing some gymnastics twice a week, you will get stronger and almost just as important you will get the body awarness. I know that Sarf was pretty weak in the weight room but is a beast in the gym. If you can try doing some gymnastics i promiss that you will think that it is the hardest strength workout you can do.
