If I get to the curve on a track I consider it a middle distance workout.

I say 100 and below in swimming. I dont know if I could swim fast real far.

And for wrestling bring it, I was naturally better at that than pole vaulting.

lol, alright ellis, i consider it a challenge....50 free, short course....lol, j/k j/k...what are your bests though?

ppfftt its not who can swim the fastest that matters.. its who can do the coolest looking belly flop. at pv camp last year we had a contest when we got to the pool. i think a kid did a backflip belly flop. his chest was red the whole day.. i think he jumped off of soem kids back too heh.. fun stuff

40-5 flat with torn cartilige in knee (better now)and 2 months off from running
100M-11.9
30 with pole 3.4
Just a question but dose this seam good for a junior in Hs looking to jump 5 meters?
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

I think that all of these things are great but you can have a real high bench and squat and still be weak in the vault. You would be some much better off doing some gymnastics twice a week, you will get stronger and almost just as important you will get the body awarness. I know that Sarf was pretty weak in the weight room but is a beast in the gym. If you can try doing some gymnastics i promiss that you will think that it is the hardest strength workout you can do.
