Help Cure Cancer

Hey everyone, as a few of you know, I have recently accepted an assistant coach position at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg VA. To help raise awareness, and help support the Massey Cancer Center, we are hosting a 5k this weekend. Most of you being pole vaulters or pole vault coaches know how much we love to run anything further than one lap around a track (if we make it that far), but I am going to be attempting to finish this race. It's going to be cold, and it's going to be early, but it is for a great cause, and I am posting to ask for your help.
