Specific vault lifting

Specific vault lifting

I am looking for a vault specific workout preferably 6 days a week that hits all the key components of vaulting and will help me for the next 3 and a half months in training I have always lifted and done sprint workouts but i just wanted to change it up this winter any ideas would be great! Thanks

"Core Performance" by Mark Verstagen is a great book. I highly reccomend this for all athletes. His methods are a little unconventional to normal lifting standards, but produce great results. Your not going to raise your bench 50 lbs or anything of that nature, but your core is going to get a lot stronger, your hips will be much more flexible and powerful. You will just become a better athlete and this is what I think is needed for a vaulter.
