Unread postby vaultgirl1028 » Wed May 23, 2007 8:07 am

I was wonderin, does Georgetown have any pole vaulters? It seems they would since they are a great track team but I went to their site and they didnt have any listed. Why doesnt such a great track team have any pole vaulters?? That is a whole event that they are getting 0 points in.

Georgetown has had some outstanding distance runners, but I am not sure I would say they have been a "great track team" in the last twenty years. It is a great school and they have had very successful runners.

They had some back in 04' when I vaulted against them in the big east, but I know a lot of them transfered because they don't have an indoor facility for practice.

They had Danny Pellegrino, but I believe he was injured for most of his time there.
