Ok am I the only person who had tears come to there eyes when they opened and looked at theis site? I love it. Hopefully vaulting will improve with better coaching, ie. smart coaching. Well see what happens.

yeah that is a nice cite. hey, i have a question. do you guys have any information (ie. articles and stuff) that realte to the saftey in vaulting. i have to do a persuasive essay and i think that i will do in on the saftey in vaulting. i would like to see both sides in articles but either way would be kewl. thanks

Go to http://www.polevaulteducation.org and read the article on helmets by Dr. Spencer Chang. Excellent article with facts to back up his theories.
