The Drake Relays are only 335 miles west of Chicago...it may be Jeff Hartwig's last time jumping there...so make the trip if you can! The vault starts Saturday 11:00 women...2:30 Men.

The Drake Relays were great. I couldn't believe how talented the field was: Toby Stevenson, Jeff Hartwig, Nick Hysong, Gio Lanaro, Pat Manson, Tye Harvey, Derek Miles...and more!
Jeff won the competition with a 3rd attempt clearance over 19 feet. After clearing 18-8 Gio decided to pass 19, and failed to make 5.86 (19-2.75). If he had a bigger pole...he would have cleared it!
This event was so cool, and great for the Sport. We need to start a Chicago Relays.
