Swing to Vertical support

Unread postby baggettpv » Thu Apr 26, 2007 12:23 am

Short grip, short run. 2 or 3 lefts. Takeoff then swing to landing on your stomach. Pole moves all the way to the pit before you do. It's in my book.

The turn comes naturally when you are inverted, and your top hand keeps pressure down into the box. As you keep moving "up" the pole (your feet will be leading) the only way to keep pressure on the pole is by turning- which happens naturally with the pressure from your top hand.
