correct form for the bend?

Unread postby pvson! » Wed Apr 25, 2007 8:43 pm

I am a athelete that is new to the sport, and i believe that one of the reasons i cant go higher than 9 ft. is b/c of the lack of bend in my pole. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me the correct form and how i can achieve a better bend in my pole?
