I keep track of these things for my athletes in a Power Rangers binder. It gives them the edge on their competitors. The Power Rangers do I mean.

LOL dang, we need some super-hero binders to help give us the edge too. Im gonna get some Spiderman AND superman binders to record my stuff in :P.

yup, and thats whats so unfortunate. Hopefully through this site and other measures, all coaches will realize the problems with running steps back, and have their vaulters know where their steps are before they come into a meet.

It's amazing how HS kids can't remember any of their distances for different runs, or what grip or pole to use. Keeping them written down is always a great point of reference.
