First I would like to say the video was incredible. I have already begun implementing the information at my practices. I was just wondering if I could get a little clarification on one point. I know a vaulter should not kick or allow the foot of the drive knee to move past the knee, but could I get a real technical explination as to why? Thanks for anyone's anticipated response.
