Former 2006 F.W. Springstead graduate Tiffany Jimenez is many things to many people locally.
She’s a daughter.
Tiffany, the oldest of three children to Julian and Dawn Jimenez, was born in Spring Hill and is a lifelong resident of Hernando County.
She’s a cheerleader.
The 19-year-old Jimenez found her niche as a cheerleader at 5-years-old performing for the Screaming Eagles.
She’s an athlete.
She attended West Hernando Middle School in Brooksville and lettered twice in cheerleading but also demonstrated her versatility and athleticism competing in hurdles, 4x100 relay and long jump.
At Springstead, she lettered in varsity track and field for three years, competing in the arduous high and low hurdles, pole vault and 4x100 relay.
Why the attraction to track?
“I’ve always wanted to do it,â€Â
