well eat right, stay heathy and excersize NOW and you'll have no problem........I've been back over a year and it took me a while to get in shape and I'm still not where I wanna be,,,, do it now and maintain the habit, won't be too hard when you hit 60....haha

I'm hoping to get there this year, and finally get to meet the gang. It depends on how I do in some of the earlier meets. I'm finally recovered from all the injuries in my first season (hernia, achilles, calf, etc.), but not quite where I want to be yet.
I'm not keen on traveling with poles - is there a way to ship poles to the site?

Heyyyyyyyy Terry. You can ask others what size you need and that may help you. I know we're bringing a couple of poles for Souleman. If you want to ship you can do so through BAX (Burlington Air Express). They've got some quirky post 9/11 rules but they will work with you and it's only slightly more expensive than taking it on a plane. I’m sure a lot of people will do that for Maine. Don’t forget – I’ve been assured we’ll have access to some poles for rent in Maine from local athletes/schools.
