A lot of coaches have been coming to my school to visit me and I've been getting phone calls too. I haven't decided where I'm playing yet, but it's going to be one of these schools:

St. Lawrence
Brockport
Utica College
Alfred University
Buffalo State
University of Albany

These schools seem to have shown the most interest in me. All of the coaches I've met with said its possible to do football and track and there's people who do it. Does anyone know how the vaulting is at any of these schools?

Yeah I'm not sure what his story is, but he said he worked with the Ithaca vaulters in the past. Regardless it was the first day I really ever had a coach.

I haven't competed against all of them, but Alfred isn't a great vaulting school but they have some talent, you might do well as a 13 foot jumper there, and Brockport has a pretty solid program with some guys in the 14's and up I believe, but don't quote me on their heights. A great bunch of guys though from what I've seen!

Brockport i hear has one of the most advanced and technically oriented div.III programs in the state. I went to their clinic and got to do rope vaulting, gymnastics training like high bars, rings, foam pits... ect. They are a pretty nice school.

Cool, I heard good things about Brockport as well. They have a solid football program too so maybe that might be my best choice.
