legs straight

Unread postby tony sj » Wed Dec 13, 2006 3:55 am

I've been having this problem where when I start to swing in my vault my legs don't stay straight so I lose form as I am going up on my vault. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem or if anyone knows how I can fix it.

My leg is less-than-straight too when I swing, and I'm pretty sure it's just a lack of flexibility on my part. :o

by legs not being able to stay straight, do you mean that you are tucking?

Swing harder and faster. Not earlier, but faster. And you want your hips moving. Think about those things and do pop ups, making sure everything is the way is should be. After about 500 pop ups try it on your run.
The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
