Jen and Roy are two of the most dedicated and knowledgeable people you will ever meet. Besides conducting pole vault training sessions at there home they also coach high school track teams. I came back to vaulting after 41 years and have learned more from them in the past year than I ever knew about vaulting, and in high school I vaulted with some of the best (Bob Segrean, Paul Wilson, Dick Railsback to mention a few).
If you can make it to their Masters training session it will be well worth your time and effort.
