Closing off

I have a hard time swinging my hips up to the top of my pole, what strength exercizes should i do??

perhaps at take off you are concentrating too much on swing your feet instead of your hips, often when the head goes back the butt will stick out, ask any gymnast about this - action/reaction - concentrate on a high plant, up on the toe before the pole hits the back of the box, keep your head neutral

bubkas would be great, or even modified bubkas. Pullovers in the gym would also be good, also eating less mexican food could help

try roll backs. lie in the floor with ur drive knee up. Then try to swing ur left leg so ur leg goes behind ur head sorta. then try to thrust ur hips foward
PR- 12' from four lefts.(no full runs yet)

This is usually caused by a lack of speed rather than a lack of strength. Work on your approach.

barto's right. speed & takeoff will get you through it better. by the way, your avatar REALLY creeps me out! cool, though.
