Sallie jumped 11'10" today she should have cleared 12'1". She is having trouble on the bigger poles still but I think it is just timing.

Also, Watauga's Sallie Gurganus won the pole vault with a meet-record height of 11 feet, 6 inches.

Sallie won her 5th straight NC state title(3 outdoor 2 indoor) title on May 20th and set the State Meet Record 12'1". She will jump at Nike June 16th and one tune up meet June 8th. Our goal is to go 12'9.5" on June 8 to qualify for USA's and 13' at Nike we will see I guess.
