Junior National championships qualifying standards?

I vault at the junior college level but am looking at competiting at the junior national championships in june, what will it take to make it? and how many vaulters compete in that meet? im at 16 feet even as of 4/10/06.

What is the age/D.o.B cut-off for junior nationals? I couldn't find it on the website.
What did you do to get better today?
