height = ? in other events

For boys and girls track I was wondering what certain heights were comparable to? Is a girl jumping 9' the same as a girl running a 5:15 mile, etc...? Is a guy jumping 13' the same as a guy running 52.5 in the 400??? Just curious. Using state qualifying heights/times is one way I guess. Just want everyone's thoughts figuring teammates in high school pretty much don't pay attention to vaulters and how hard they work.
Fight the good fight: It's nice to be great but it's far greater to be nice.

Try comparing the performance to another event in the decathlon scoring tables. It will give you one perspective.

I usually just try to base it off state qualifying times/distances. I tried to base it off of results from state meets, but its hard cuz there is always outliers in certain events
