The palnt!!
how do you go about working on and perfecting the plant. it is the single most important part of the vault and i am curious what people have done to master that so that they can have a powerful plant and takeoff!
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

the reason I have heard slide boxes to be bad, is that in order to move a heavy one and not fall on your a**, some people lead too much with their left shoulder and block. Doing the same thing with a towel will allow you to plant correctly and square due to taking little effort to move it, and accomplishes the same goal as the sldiebox.
What have you done today to get better?
