Wendy's take off is a thing of beauty! That's the kind of take off I am striving to develop. Now if only my body would cooperate :dazed:

MM - when did you last see your shrink?? No one criticised you for putting up these posts. It is just that to me at least it seems we are continually restating the basic principles of pole vaulting, because some folk do not read what has already been posted. I would also say that all that has happened here is that we have gone round the houses on topics which I believe had been clarified in BTB - but perhaps I am wrong.

Maintain the spirit - you have a lot to offer. :D

Here Here! or Hear Hear! (pick the right one please) Altius on your post to MM! And John, what are you talking about? I've watched your video a number of times and wish I could take off and jump like you! The masters world would be in for some serious WR's if all of us could technically jump as well as you. Just a comment....in my opinion if it ain't broke......don't fix it. And John? I don't feel yours is broke. (now the calf might be a little screwed up right now......but the jump is fine). Later.................mike
