I've seen it and its nice, but only if you are wanting to see vaults and pick up things that might help you. If you want it for entertainment, it's just ok, at least it has good music.

I bet if you were a pole vaulter you would find it more than OK for entertainment value!

I have seen the sneek peak and it looks good, I am going to get it soon. Some of it was shot at the Clovis street vault which is a pretty big event in this area. Its put on by NAPVA (North America Pole Vault Association) which is ran by Bob Fraley.

I've got my copy and while it's very entertaining, especially the Clovis street vault portion, I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed by the almost miserly coverage of our vaulting women.

Including Spiderman at Clovis and leaving out the Daisy Maes is criminal! ;)

Flying Daisy Dukes

Unread postby vaultmd » Thu Mar 20, 2003 2:12 pm

Stephanie's Dad,

The Flying Daisy Dukes were at Clovis two years ago. Spidey was there last year. The dude making the DVD probably was there at one but not the other.

Oh, I know. That's what the wink was for. :D
Still, the DVD can only be improved by showing more of the distaff side of the sport.

DVD

I just can't understand why everybody wants to see more chick coverage; the DVD is amazing and would be even better if about 75% of the female vaulting was cut out.
