League begins: June 13, 2005

League has practices every Monday from 6:30- 8:00pm.....vault usually runs longer for those that want to stick around.
League has meets every Wednesday starting at 6:30.... We run the vault fairly similar to a meet, with a few added twists
We offer a full range of events for all ages from anywhere. Costs run $20 for residents and $40 for non-residents. If you are onlly planning on attending a certain number of days then I'm certain we can work out a bargain.
The League will wrap up with a medal meet on July 26th, with medals going to I believe top 3 in each event.
We have two pits set up with a third (not regulation size) available for drills if needed. We're expecting good numbers this year so it is advised to bring your own poles if you can, we do have a decent range of poles, but selection will be limited as numbers grow.
We'll be training to peak at the Grand Haven Beach Vault on July 15-16 and the Moon Vault down at Maple Valley later in July.
