shoulder rotation

Unread postby keelowman » Mon Apr 18, 2005 5:23 pm

I have been having a huge problem with getting stuck in the bucket position and not being able to rotate on my shoulders, I am also having trouble trying to coach girls how to do this also what are good coaching or training tips that can help athletes to rotate their shoulders so that they can get verticle with the pole?

Go here http://www.bubbapv.com/Pages/drill.htm and have them try this (you too). There's no way to do the excercise without a rotation around the sholders. Particularly look at the 2005 video. It really shows better how to be behind the pole as you follow it in the pit. :Later..........Mike
