A positive thing was...
A positive thing was...The vaulter had really good pole swing. And it is a very good vault but unfortunitly the pole beat the vaulter to the back of the crossbar and the results was a poke in the wrong place.
I have heard of vaulter getting impaled too.
I have seen Bell Athletics vaulters use a pole tip on the top to reduce the chances of injury.
