My sentiments exactly. This coming from someone who did quite well in four years and went on to medical school. The only time I felt like a real college student was the last two quarters of my senior year after I got accepted to med school and got most of my requirements out of the way. I even advise nonathletes to go for the five year plan if they or their family can afford it.

Pros and cons for 5 yr. (or more) versus 4 yr.? Because of my scholarship I'm gonna try to finish up in 4 years, as well as the fact that my twin brother (who Im visiting right now) is going to the USNA and really has no choice but to graduate in four years, I use those as reasons not to slack...pros for taking your time in college? (seems to me like a waste of money)

The first 5 years of my college career were the best years of my life. After your eligibility runs out though (and you can only compete unattached and have to travel separate from the team), it really loses something. Wish I would have started vaulting earlier in life. I started sophomore year in high school.

Oh yeah, I graduated with a BS in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting.
