Yea Adam, but you are a heck of a technician. I still watch the AOC meet regularly, and watch your clips on fliptography... I hope to get to jump against you sometime in college as well. Do you know if you go the Meyo Invitational at Notre Dame? Good luck this season. Also, I am not a big vaulter myself, at 5-10 about 160 pounds, I am by no means a big guy. SO yea, it is tough being smaller, but technique makes up for it, and if you carry a big stick, well you know what they say ;)

Hey Adam! You are the example I give when I talk to high school kids about the the imprtance of runway speed, core strength and good plant technique. Your DNA packed a lot of talent into a 5'8" package.

shorter vaulters usually have an easier time getting upside-down. which is nice.

my coach has been coaching at our school for almost 25 years or so.... he has told me of a variety of small vaulters he has coached to heights of 15+ in high school....it all depends on how motivated you are.
