Off the top of my head, we ran a lot of hills and stadium stairs(ugh) in the fall as well as 200s and 400s to build our stamina. We also did alot of agility and fitness circuits and a few long distance runs. Most of the outdoor fall training was to build the base. Once we moved inside(about mid-October), we started doing more 200s/150s, plyometrics, bounding, specific speed workouts(100s, 60s, 40s, etc) and started vaulting.
