Other favorite olympic sports to watch and who will take #1

Unread postby theflyingkorean » Tue Aug 17, 2004 1:22 pm

I like to watch whatever sports are on, every one is amazing and the people are the best at what they do. I enjoyed judo and women's beach volleyball early this morning. I CANT WAIT until the Athletics though.

I think either Australia or the US will take 1st in medal standings.

Australia, US, and China in no particular order.

I agree all Olympic sports are great to watch, I really enjoy all the boating events, sailing, skull, crew whatever all of those things are called.

paul hamm made such a great come back from 12th place to 1st on wednesday in gymnastics. he showed the world how u can come back from anything that looks impossibly bad.

he certainly proved that he is the best in the world if he can fall on vault and still win. he now is the current world and olympic all around champion.

oh, and did anyone see that romanian guy dragilsco(sp)
his vault was beyone huge. ive never seen a more powerful vaulter.

i wonder if you put a pole in his hands and teach him not to run like a gymnast how high he could jump.

since when did they change the pomel horse (sp?) that the vault off of? I never remember it looking all different instead of the old pomel horse they do their other routines on.
