Almost a year off.. where to start
I honestly have been away from pole vault and training for almost a year now.. and I hate this. Being away from DI athletics is wayyyy to hard. I graduated from college and showed promising potential but after my fifth year I needed to take a break physically and mentally. But now having moved south away from my coach and almost no places to vault/program I am kind of confused as to where to start again. Im obviously in need to conditioning, I just need some help as to start somewhere and getting back into it without injuring myself. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
