I've been vaulting for about 4-5 months now and was injured during indoor so never got a chance to compete. I was wondering what starting height you guys think ill be at, my coach thinks around 10 for my first meet and other one of my teammates thinks i could get 15 by my senior year of high school.
I am:
16 years old (Sophomore in High School - Vaulting for 4 months)
6'2"
155 lbs
Have done a bungee around 8 feet i think and that was a breeze, but I don't get much vaulting time because my coach has others who are in a meet vault first
Just want some opinions on where you guys think ill start off and are there any drills I can do at home for each part of the Vault
Opinions on first meet height and end of high school PR

What pole are you on and what grip are you at? Also, do you have any video of your jumps?
