The swing
Ok, so i am getting better at swinging up but...i still suck. I need help (drills possibly) swinging up. If i could learn the swing i could probably get another few feet (right now im getting 12') because right now i am only getting to about horizontal instead of being vertical. I can three step drills and get totally vertical but when i take a full run its like i cang swing and i use all upper body to pull myself up. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

go to four lefts and get vert, then five, then six until you get back to the full run.
