broken wrist

Unread postby between3and5charctrs » Thu Feb 27, 2014 9:56 pm

i broke my wrist falling, and its my left one so my sdtrong arm is still ok. i am wondering if i should work on my right arm and make it strong as possible for when i come back, or if i should maintain it then rehab my left arm. im supposed to be back couple days to a week before our last meet depending on how it heals. thanks for your opinions
