I'm 46. Started vaulting in the backyard at 9. Basically quit after my senior year in hs (dabbled Fresh. and Junior years at practice but never competed in college). Took it up again Summer of 2002 after a 27-year "off-season". Still experiencing multiple injuries just trying/hoping to get in a full upcoming indoor season 2003-2004.

I'm 16.

Sorry to bring up the driving thing again, but Nevada is so stupid about driving. You have to be 15 and half to get your permit (which expires in a year) and you have to hold it for 3 months before getting your license. You also have to have 30 hours in the classroom drivers ed and 50 hours driving time. And depending on how old you are, you have to wait a certain time before you are allowed to have people under the age of 18 in your car that aren't family. If you're 16, its 60 days. If you're 15, its 90 days. Its so stupid! I still haven't gotten my license. :crying:

aww man you should consider yourself lucky :P . In New Jersey you get your permit when you turn 16 and then you have to wait until you turn 17 to get a restricted license. With a restricted license you can only have 1 non family member in the car with you, even if they are over 18. Oh no it doesn't stop there either, with a restricted license you're not allowed to be on the road between midnight and 5 in the morning. Once you turn 18 then you are given a full unrestricted license. Yeah so I'm 17 and still haven't gotten my full license, and I won't get it until a week before I go to college. :crying:

Hey I added a birthday feature to the board, so now you can just go to your profile and add your birthdate :star:
