there may have been, i just put this up since there was a recent thread where people were arguing about it. personally i call it pop just because it makes the soda people mad.

and i meant to include "coke" as a choice(becca thought it should have been included which it should, although it is definately the wrong answer) but i forgot to click the add option after typing it in.

I am from CA and say soda but go to school in ID where a lot of people say pop or soda pop. It doesn't bother me, just throws me off every once in a while.

I was in Texas and hanging out with this girl from somewhere in the midwest, can't remember where... and we went to a restaurant and she said she wanted a coke so the waiter comes back with a coke and she goes wait... i wanted a dr. pepper, and he said i thought u ordered a coke, and she said ya.. and u never asked me what kind... oh man i was so confused
