DJ, I have seen your midmark chart and I have seen your sprint acceleration charts on your website. My question is can you make something for me?
Let say I am running 5 lefts with a 14'11 grip. What should my acceleration pattern be with pole in hand? How big should the first step be? I feel like all of my team mates have longer runs than me even though I am taller and faster than them. I am thinking it is because I just do not know how to get out properly and am not opening up my stride enough at the start enough. I just think it would be interested in seeing what kind of elite level running patterns you have for the start of a vault run like you have for the sprinters.
