Bottom hand slpiing down, can't swing

No way., my grip was way too low, not too high! by short run i guess i meant just like 3 lefts. I am on a 14' pole, but for short run i use a 12-6, whihc is waaaaay too small for full runs now.
What have you done today to get better?
