Do any of you have a sample "contract" that I could use when loaning poles? One of our jumpers needs to use some of my poles at the state meet, and I want them to know that they are responsible for the replacement of the poles should they get damaged or broken.
I am not in the pole rental business.

Whether you have a contract or handshake agreement, the real issue is the honesty of the other person. Contracts mean little if the other party will not perform.
