Coach Rod Britting of Albany, Tx. will be hosting a 2 day vault camp in Albany on June 14th and 15th. It will be tiered according to ability level with several vault coaches(all college level vaulters) available to work with and help your athletes improve. We will go over drills that teach various phases of the vault, weight and gymnastic routines that strengthen the proper muscle groups, and use video analysis to show errors in technique.
