My weight is 80-82kg, i have ran 30m flying start 3.24 and i used 4.90/18.1 when i jumped 5 meters. Grip was 4.75.

I suspect that if you can sort out the left arm and as a result achieve a free take off you will be able to move up pole stiffness pretty dramatically.  You have a very low differential at the moment.

At todays practice i managed to move my take-off point back about 10-20cm. And it was a whole different thing, the take-off was much easier and so the swing and everything was better. Still not good but some improvements. Also switched to 4.90/180/19,2 Spirit pole with 4.65 grip. the 175 got really soft. Still trying to figure out the left arm.
