olympic trials

hey pvp comunity i was just wondering how many years ahead of the olympics the olympic trials are held? like when are the olympic trials for the summer olympics in 2016?

End of June, beginning of July the year of the Olympics (2008 it was June 26 - July 6).

ooo thanks for the reply so trials for the summer 2016 olympics will be just a few months before the actual event?

Yes. It takes about 18', maybe a little higher, to be able to compete at the Trials.

alright thanks alot for the replies, just one more question. when you get up to the 16-17 foot marks, about how much can you improve in a year? like 6 inches or less?

It's just different for everyone. Generally, the higher you go, the more slowly your heights improve, though you can always find exceptions.
