How to swing trail leg faster?

Are there any drills (specifically high bar) that one can do to speed up the trail leg? Also, how do you stop "tucking"?

Swinging Bubka's (as seen here: http://www.polevaultpower.com/media/vid ... bubkas.mov) and...don't tuck. Make sure you have a free take-off and are taking off tall and if you have strong enough ab's, your swing will happen. Practice kicking a soccer ball with a completely straight-leg. To build up those ab-muscles, you can try swining-bubka's without the swing. Try to do 3 sets of 10 without any swing, keeping your trail-leg as straight as possible. -6P
