Tim Mack Pole Vault Competitions-Friday Night Heights

Tim Mack, 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist, will be putting on a series of summer pole-vault competitions at University of Tennessee. Check out http://www.timmack.com/ for details on how to enter as well as for upcoming results!

Competitions will be for high school boys/girls as well as open men/women.

Fri night heights was awesome! It is an excellent venue to log a legit PR. There were about a half a dozen high school kids, a couple of collegiate vaulters, and several post grads. I strongly recommend this activity to everyone who can make it!
