Increasing Cadence

Unread postby 2011jrogers » Wed Aug 11, 2010 2:58 pm

How do I increase cadence and not increase stride distance. Because when I start lowering my pole I start to run on my heals instead of the ball of my feet.

Pay attention to your pole drop too. If you are running with the pole horizontal you have to run n your heels
