TRACK CAMP Boys & Girls, Ages 10 & up
July 19 – July 23 • 8:30a.m. - 12:00 noon
A new & improved Track Camp is back this summer! Oak Hall School has teamed up with Half-Mile Timing, Inc. to offer this camp which will cover all of the fundamentals of the sport. We will be introducing future young athletes to several of the less well known events as well as the more popular ones.
This years camp will include the pole vault and all the sessions will be conducted by Pole Vault specialist Dave Johnston “dj”.
Dave’s bio is spectacular with youth, high school, University, national/international champions and Olympic medalist to his credit.
We promise you this camp will be an experience of a life time for athletes of all ages. Pole vaulting by “physics” and at it’s best… from a perfect fast approach run to an “out”, high extended, aggressive plant to swinging and sailing high above the crossbar.
