Best Method for moving run back.
What is the best way to move my run back from 10 steps to 14 steps? Should I use smaller poles, like the biggest pole i use from 10 steps, should I use that pole when I first try to move my run back or should i use a big pole?

Are you talking about 6-7 lefts(or rights for y'all wrong-handed folks), or total number of steps? We're talking about total number of lefts and rights together when we say 12.

I kind of tried today but I couldn't even plant from 5, but I did on monday. I know once I plant from my long run I'll be on my way, but it is taking some time!
We move back when we've absolutely maxed out on each stride/magic number (for all you Bell fans). We'll push the pr, inch by inch until we absolutely can't go any higher with multiple tries at the next inch above the highest we've cleared, and then move back a stride and do the same. Once we reach our max "long run," we stay there for a week or two, once again maxing out, and then start the cycle all over again from 2 steps.
