Not sure if your list includes post season jumps but, I saw Katy Stover jump 12' at a AAU meet in Moore, OK 2 summers ago.

16-4.75 Jarrod Heard
16-4.75 Scotty Wilkinson

Jaybob Dennis jumped something over 16' - not sure what. Elk City may have had another 16-6 guy over the years, but I'm not sure which one.

Those are the only guys over 16-1 I can think of off the top of my head.

Besides Texas and Cal. Oklahoma has to be right there as far as top vaulters with big PR'S.
