pole vault terminology

Just curious what everyones favorite pole vault term is?

Don't ask me why but I really enjoy the term hoop strength.

I just think it sounds cool
"Today I give my all, what I keep is lost forever"

When people yell this at the end of the run way it makes me smile, if you are not looking at the vault it sounds like some one is getting yelled at for being stupid.

GET UP.

My coaching staff says this to me the most...

"you are still just a little bit late"

Or an actually term

"Catch my step"
