my friend Alee is going for the 400, at the elite relays she had under 60 seconds for her split, and this was after long jump relay, and 4x2. thats not pole vault though.

No he is getting ready for the outdoor season and a very busy June. Texas Relays, Oklahoma invite, Nike outdoor, Great Southwest, and Juniors in Eugene.
